On November 18, 2010, Octavia Modert, Minister of Culture and his Lithuanian counterpart, Arunas Gelunas, signed a cultural agreement in Brussels during the EU Council of Ministers of Culture, between the Government of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on cooperation in the fields of Culture, Education, Higher Education, Science and Sport.
International cultural policy database planned by IFACCA
