Big Bang China: City and Architecture in Contemporary China opens on 6 June at the University of Seville’s cultural centre CICUS. The exhibition examines China’s urban transformation and its impact on culture, identities, and ecosystems.
Presenting China as an urban laboratory, Big Bang seeks to reflect a new kind of universe in which city and architecture play a major role in creating a new world order. It brings two exhibitions together initially organised by the Architects College of Cadiz, and the Confucius Institute at the University of Granada.
