DANISH+ 2018 performing arts showcase

Registration for :DANISH+ 2018 in Aarhus, DK is open - a showcase of Danish performing arts for audiences of children and young people. The event is aimed at professional performing arts programmers from around the world.

Only a few months from now, the latest edition of the successful showcase :DANISH+ will take place, presenting a handpicked selection of some of the finest Danish performing arts for children and young people.

Until now :DANISH+ 2018 has announced 14 selected performances, all keeping in line with the Danish children’s theater’s tradition of being fearless in their choices of themes and generating a very close dialog with their audience.

A unique quality for the festival is that all performances will be presented in English and besides the high-quality programme, the showcase provides an excellent environment for networking as all delegates follow the same programme.

The showcase brings together people from all over the world, and takes place at small intimate venues, which allows the performers to connect with their audience. This, however, means there is a limited number of tickets to the showcase, which weighs quality and community over quantity.
