Korea | four cultural institutions hold joint declaration ceremony for ethics and human rights

In Korea, Arts Council Korea has announced that four public instutions in the cultural field have held a joint declaration ceremony for ethics and human rights.

The declaration was designed to spread the value of ethics and human rights to cultural and artistic sites and to actively fulfill the social responsibilities of public institutions.

Four organisations, including the Arts Council, Asian Cultural Center, Film Promotion Committee, and Korea Creative Content Agency, participated in the joint declaration, and the declaration ceremony was held at the end of January as an online non-face-to-face event for social distancing.

In the Joint Declaration, provisions related to ▲integrity and ethics ▲no discrimination ▲working environment ▲sexual harassment and sexual violence were stipulated, and included the will to practice to spread correct values ​​to the cultural and artistic ecosystem.
