The Arts Development Fund (Cultural Exchange Project) administered by the Hong Kong Home Affairs Bureau aims to promote cultural exchanges between Hong Kong and other places. Hong Kong residents and locally registered organisations are eligible to apply.
The Arts Development Fund (Cultural Exchange Project) has an open deadline but applications must be made three months before the proposed project commences. Proposed exchange projects must help promote local arts and culture outside Hong Kong as well as enhance Hong Kong’s international image.
