APORDOC - The Portuguese Documentary Association is a non-profit cultural organization founded in 1998. The Association aims to be a forum for reflection and discussion open to anyone who is interested in documentary cinema.

APORDOC activities are:
- Promoting the visibility of documentaries as a cinematographic genre;
- Stimulating the creation and production of new films;
- Promoting Portuguese documentaries nationally and internationally.
