House of Photography

Founded in 1996 Dom Fotografie (House of Photography) specialises in exhibiting and documenting contemporary and historical photography from Slovakia and abroad. Dom Fotografie also organises and sponsors numerous educational programs and research projects. It aims at enhancing professional and non-professional interest and understanding of photography, visual arts and film and to develop the projects of international cultural exchange.

Its regular exhibitions concentrate on Slovak and Eastern European photographers with the aim of presenting them at home and abroad in touring exhibitions.
