Lao Handicraft Association

The Lao Handicraft Association (LHA) represents more than 100 of Lao artisans with its main objective to promote Lao handicrafts, facilitate access to local and overseas markets, and develop partnerships between private and government organisations.

It was established as a non-profit organisation on 1 April 1998. It operates in Vientiane under the supervision of the Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Offices of the LHA are located in five provinces of Laos: Luang Prabhang, Xiengkhouang, Houaphan, Savannakhet and Champasak.
