The National Museum of Korea is pleased to invite ASEMUS members to the 5th General Conference that will take place from September 13-15, 2012. The Conference will be supported by the Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF) and ASEMUS under the theme of “New and Sustainable Museum Education”.

Sub themes include:

• Creativity in Museum Education
• Innovative Technologies for Museum Education
• Education for All
• Training of Museum Educators

The last day of the Conference (15 Sept) will be a day for cultural tours where the participants will visit museums and other cultural institutions while catching the beauty of autumn in Korea at no cost. The result of the Conference will form the basis of the new ASEMUS Action Plan for the period 2012-2016.
