We promote Asia-Europe cultural relations by connecting artists, cultural professionals, arts organisations, public institutions, government representatives, networks and museums through online platforms, arts festivals and bi-regional dialogue.

About the Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF)
ASEF is an intergovernmental not-for-profit organisation located in Singapore. Founded in 1997, ASEF promotes understanding, strengthens cross-cultural relationships and facilitates cooperation among the people, institutions and organisations in Asia and Europe. It is the only institution of the Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM), an intergovernmental process established in 1996 to strengthen dialogue and cooperation between Asia and Europe.
Today, ASEM comprises 53 partners: 30 European countries, 21 Asian countries, the European Union and the ASEAN Secretariat.
One of ASEF’s flagship projects in Culture is ASEF culture360.
First launched in 2008, ASEF culture360 is an online arts and culture platform for civil society and governments to access information, resources, and policy insights, particularly in ASEM member countries. Its activities extend beyond the platform itself, to online exchanges, live debates, professional development, and networks such as the Asia-Europe Museum Network (ASEMUS).

We publish the latest opportunities from around the web for artists and culture organisations in Asia and Europe.
We curate news, events, and publications across Asia and Europe.
We commission features, interviews, guides and reports to dig deeper on cultural policy trends and long-term resources.
We facilitate exchanges between civil society and governments through residencies, roundtables and gatherings.
