Bangkok Performing Arts Meeting 2025 call for presentations
The Bangkok Performing Arts Meeting, to be held in Bangkok from 12 to 16 March 2025, is calling for presentation or discussion concepts in two formats:
- Table 20’s: a 20-minute session suitable for introductory presentations and announcements.
- Table 40’s: a 40-minute session suitable for conversation-starters and brainstorming.
The theme for this year’s meeting is the 'tip of an iceberg'. The theme serves as a fitting metaphor as it represents the visible, seemingly perfect part of a much larger, hidden reality. This metaphor emphasises the importance of recognising the substantial, unseen foundations that contribute to the creation of any artistic work. The visible aspect is only a small, alluring portion of a vast and intricate whole that includes significant unseen efforts and burdens.
