AXEAN Festival is back in Jimbaran Hub, Bali, from 29 to 30 August 2026.
The AXEAN Festival is a Southeast Asian music export platform, combining a music conference and showcase festival. Launched in 2020 during the pandemic by music professionals across Southeast Asia, AXEAN Festival has successfully hosted both virtual and in-person events. It has featured 200 artists from 20 countries, attracted 240 delegates from 32 countries, and reached over 46,000 virtual viewers, along with close to 15,000 live attendees.
Albeit a music showcase festival by definition serves as an industry platform to connect artists with talent buyers, AXEAN Festival also doubles as a normal consumer music festival that promotes music discovery regardless of language, genre, nationality or level of fame to the general public.
In the Music Conference there are speed meetings, panel discussions, pitching sessions, and more, while the music festival itself has more than 40 artists across 3 stages.
There is also a songwriting camp, designed to promote cross-border collaborations among showcasing artists. By bringing together talent from diverse backgrounds and styles, the camp facilitates the creation of compositions, offering benefits to both the artists and the programme’s sponsors and supporters.
