Paris | Asia NOW 2026
From 20 to 24 October 2026, Monnaie de Paris once again hosts Asia NOW, an evolving platform for exchange, bringing together artists, galleries, institutions, collectors, and voices from across Global Asias and beyond.
What began as an art fair has evolved into a cultural festival, bringing together more than 70 galleries from around the world, alongside artists, curators, collectors, institutions, and cultural leaders. Guided by the decentering mission initiated by My East is Your West, the fair continues to explore the blind spots of traditional fairs that often function merely as incubators.
Some highlights include:
- Cinema NOW, Curated by Stefano Rabolli Pansera: Expanding Asia NOW’s engagement with moving images, Cinema NOW brings film and visual storytelling into dialogue with the wider artistic programme of the fair.
- Mongolia’s Spirited World, Curated by Thomas Eller: Asia NOW presents a special encounter with Mongolia’s Venice Biennale Pavilion, bringing to Paris the work of two of the pavilion’s four participating artists: Nomin Bold and Erelkhuu Ganbold.
- A curation by Alia Swastika: Returning to Asia NOW for the third time, Indonesian curator and Director of the Biennale Jogja Foundation Alia Swastika presents a new project continuing her exploration of contemporary practices from Indonesia and beyond.
