Thailand | Asian Cinema Conference 2026

 

The registration for the ACPAC (Association for Curators and Programmers of Asian Cinemas) 2026 Annual Conference, titled ‘Exploring the Decoloniality of Film Curation and Programming’, held from 19–21 June 2026 at the Thai Film Archive in Salaya, Thailand, is now open.

The ACPAC Annual Conference is an industry-facing event that brings together professionals to share the latest knowledge, challenges, and developments across the sector. As a rapidly growing network, ACPAC is committed to meeting the evolving needs of the field and fostering meaningful exchange within it.

This year’s conference will convene independent film programmers, curators, researchers, and representatives from film festivals, archives, and screening initiatives from around the world for three days of discussion, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration.

The conference will include panels, roundtables, a museum tour, and dedicated networking opportunities to share current projects and connect with potential collaborators.
