Asia New Zealand Foundation Arts Experience Fund 2025
The Arts Experience Fund supports self-directed opportunities for New Zealand-based arts practitioners to build meaningful artistic and professional connections in Asia. This can include residencies, research tours, work placements, and exchanges.
The purpose of the fund is to:
- strengthen artistic and professional ties between Aotearoa and Asia.
- expand networks and open new opportunities for New Zealand artists.
- boost the visibility and international engagement of the New Zealand arts community.
The Arts Experience Fund is for:
- individual artists, including visual artists, writers, musicians, choreographers, directors and performers.
- individual arts managers, including curators, producers, programmers.
All applicants must be New Zealand citizens or permanent residents and are intending to continue to live in New Zealand for at least one year after they complete the project.
The fund offers grants of up to 5,000 NZD.
