Thailand | Residency for Southeast Asian artists 2026
Studio 88 Artist Residency is calling for applications from Southeast Asian artists for their residency programme in Doi Saket, Thailand, from July to September 2026.
The residencies are for 2 to 4 weeks creating, researching, and connecting in Chiang Mai, Thailand. It is for those developing a new body of work, exploring fresh ideas, or seeking dedicated time for their practice.
Eligibility
Studio 88 welcomes applications from artists and creatives working in all disciplines, including but not limited to:
- Visual Arts
- Performance and Theatre
- Dance
- Music and Sound
- Film and Photography
- Literature and Creative Writing
- Design and Architecture
- Social Practice
- Interdisciplinary and Experimental Practices
There are up to 3 fully funded residency places are available for Southeast Asian artists and partial funding for other international artists.
