Theatre Wallay

Theatre Wallay comprises of a group of artists who are passionate about theatre and literature. Active in Islamabad since 2005, Theatre Wallay utilises theatre as a tool for social change, empowerment and critical dialogue. Regular workshops, readings and trainings are organised in collaboration with local and international organisations. The group is also involved in "Theatre for Social Change" projects and works to promote the use of creative expression as a tool for empowerment and critical dialogue. To this end, they conduct regular workshops, readings, trainings and other activities in partnership with local and international organisations. Theatre education programmes and workshops for students of all ages are also conducted.
