With the support of Australia Aid and the US-based Asia Foundation, the Arts Council of Mongolia (ACM) has developed the "Art for Change" community art project in 2014 and now presents a series of public art sculptures made from recycled materials across districts of Ulaan Baatar.

Art for Change aims to increase public awareness on reducing and recycling solid waste and to promote anti-littering messages through a creative process with the public.

In terms of the project, the Arts Council of Mongolia presents and launches the "My khoroo – Waste-free area" sculpture series: public art made from recyclable waste in 3 khoroos (subdistricts) of Sukhbaatar, Bayanzurkh and Khan-Uul districts of Ulaan Baatar.
