ASEF culture360 media partner of the Borak Art Series | Malaysia

ASEF culture360 will be the official media partner of the upcoming BORAK ARTS SERIES 2014, Malaysia’s primary arts conference for creative practitioners and business leaders from around the world. The conference will be held on 22-23 November 2014 at MAP KL, Publika, Kuala Lumpur. The event is organised by My Performing Arts Agency (MyPAA) in collaboration with the National Department for Culture and Arts (JKKN) Building from 2013’s Borak Arts Series of Building Sustainability in the Arts, we take the discussions forward to break boundaries across sectors and build knowledge in funding and mobility. The conference will bring together artists, presenters/producers, intermediaries, funders and will include keynote addresses, panel discussions, round robin sessions, networking platforms and performances.

The 2014 edition will feature critical topics such as What Is The Value of Culture, Getting to Know Our International Funder Partners, Investing Time in Networks, Arts and Cultural Support For A Creative and Vibrant Society and Cultural Entrepreneurship and Innovation. To create a dynamic exchange of expertise in collaboration locally and internationally, Country Updates, Info Cell Sessions and Round Table Sessions have also been created.
