Asia-Europe Cultural Festival: 2025 Edition | Save the date
The Asia-Europe Cultural Festival (AECFest) is returning for its 7th edition from June to October 2025. This year, ASEF Culture will bring the celebration of cultural diversity and artistic exchanges across Asia and Europe, from Poland to China, Singapore and Lao PDR.
In partnership with various arts and cultural organisations across Asia and Europe, AECFest 2025 will comprise a Curtain Raiser in Poland, the Main Festival in China and—for the first time—two Closing Curtain events in Singapore and Laos. Thanks to its travelling nature, the festival will maximise its audience reach and facilitate cross-cultural dialogues. By showcasing a diverse programme including theatre, contemporary dance, music, and multidisciplinary performances, the festival actively fosters artistic collaborations and ignites meaningful connections, advancing cultural diplomacy between the two culturally diverse and creative regions.
The AECFest will also serve as a platform to showcase the outcomes of new artist residencies supported by ASEF, reaffirming our commitment to empowering artists and enriching creative exploration through knowledge exchanges.
