Brisbane | World Theatre Festival

Brisbane Powerhouse presents the World Theatre Festival 2013, a journey into contemporary, engaging and sometimes challenging theatre from around the world. It runs 13-24 February in Brisbane, Australia. Changing the way that theatre and performance is considered, World Theatre Festival is an experience beyond the four walls of the theatre. The programme features the Australian premieres of Parah by Instant Cafe Theatre Company from Malaysia and A Doll House by Pan Pan Theatre, Ireland as well as productions from Belgium, Germany, the UK and Australia. On February 17 & 24, there will be In Conversation sessions on the Australian Performing Arts Market and the business of exporting Australian performing arts.
