France plans cultural programmes with Singapore and Korea

As part of its ongoing cultural seasons, festivals and exchange years programme, France has announced that a Festival of Singapore in France will take place in 2015, while a joint cultural year programme with Korea will be scheduled across 2015/16.

Festival of Singapore in France (1 April - 30 June 2015)

Organised in conjunction with the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, the 3 month festival of Singapore in France takes place in 2015. This will be an opportunity to present the arts and culture from Singapore to the French public, particularly from the contemporary arts field, and to encourage cultural exchanges and dialogue.

Year of France-Korea

The year of France-Korea will start with a Korean cultural season in France during autumn 2015, followed by a French season in Korea in the first half of 2016 (dates to be confirmed).
