Frankfurt | cultural events from Indonesia

In conjunction with Frankfurt Book Fair's hosting Indonesia as Guest of Honour, there is an extensive programme of exhibitions and cultural events from Indonesia in Frankfurt running till January 2016. Universes in Universe presents a great round up of events which include:

• TROPICALITY REVISITED: Recent Approaches by Indonesian Architects, 29 August 2015 – 3 January 2016, at DAM, Deutsches Architekturmuseum
• ROOT. Indonesian Contemporary Art: Jompet Kuswidananto, Eko Nugroho & Tromarama, with a specially commissioned bamboo facade (image) by Joko Avianto, 26 September 2015 - 10 January 2016, at Frankfurter Kunstverein

• Beyond Transisi, Photographs, Multi-Media and Books from Indonesia, October 01 – November 15, 2015, at Fotografie Forum Frankfurt

• Indonesia LAB: Festival of Contemporary Arts - music, dance, performance, fine arts, 6-15 October 2015
