Strasbourg | Now Watching - France-Korea artist exchanges exhibition

'Now Watching' is an exhibition of French and Korean contemporary art at CEEAC in Strasbourg, celebrating 10 years of artist in residence exchanges between CEEAC (Centre Européen d'Actions Artistiques Contemporaines) and the National Art Studio of Changdong and Goyang managed by the National Museum of modern and contemporary art, Seoul. It is organised in the context of the France-Korea Year 2015-16. Exhibition dates: 19 March - 22 May 2016 The exhibition is co-presented by COAL - project description follows in French: Saisissant l'opportunité de l'année France-Corée, le CEAAC, accompagné de COAL, a souhaité rendre hommage et remercier les acteurs de cette féconde collaboration en présentant les travaux des vingt artistes français et coréens ayant participé à ces résidences croisées. Porte de l'intime, aux confins de l'Occident et de l'Extrême Orient, « Now Watching » offre une expérience sensible où l'identité n'est pas sacrifiée sur l'autel des échanges mais vient au contraire les nourrir, les enrichir, à l'image de ces dix années d'histoires et de créations partagées entre Strasbourg et Séoul.
