Italy | When East Meets West 2024 Co-Production Forum

When East Meets West (WEMW, Trieste, 21–24 January 2024) is calling for action features, creative documentaries and short animated projects from producers from Europe and beyond on the theme of “inspiration”.

Producers from Europe, Latin America, Canada and USA can apply to the WEMW Co-Production Forum, including the following ASEM nations: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

The 20 selected projects will compete for two main cash prizes of the value of 5,000 EUR each.

The Co-Production Forum will also feature a series of other major awards.
