Accademia Teatro alla Scala

The Accademia trains all the professionals of the performing arts sector through 4 specific training departments dedicated to 4 different areas of the performing arts: dance, music, stage and lab management. Beside training, the Accademia manages a specific department for the development of cultural cooperation programmes and research programmes. The department develops and designs innovative projects (funded by EU and other public and regional funding) and increases Accademia’s partnerships through a transnational networking strategy. Moreover, since 2009 the Accademia launched the first experiences of transnational exchange in order to share and transfer its know-how adapting it to the specificities of the beneficiary partner.
