Andrzej Wajda Master School Of Film Directing

The Andrzej Wajda Master School of Film Directing started its activity in November 2001. Under the honorary patronage of European Film Academy, the School founders are Andrzej Wajda, Wojciech Marczewski and The Warsaw Film Studio.

The school runs feature (fiction) and documentary courses. The school programme of lecturers counts famous filmmakers and actors from Poland and abroad. A number of outstanding foreign directors have also agreed to conduct workshops, among them: Thomas Vinterberg, Mogens Rukov and Per Fly from Denmark, Andriej Smirnow from Russia, Jano_ Sza_ and Ildikö Enyedi from Hungary.

The school conducts education on a Master Class level. Candidates are required to have some creative experience connected with film.
