Associació D'Actors I Directors Professionals De Catalunya (AADPC)

The AADPC was created in 1981 as a result of the 1977 Trade Union Liberalistation laws. It is a non-profit making organization which is at the same time a professional, self-governing, independent trade Union. It unites actors, directors and set designers who are resident in Catalonia and who are able to work all over the world.

Aim

• To obtain professional, and cultural improvements for the sector, as well as better public recognition


• To create and revise salary agreements in the theatre, cinema, audiovisual, etc.


• To ensure the highest standards in the work of professional Catalan actors, directors and set designers


• To report any labour irregularities


• To facilitate information of interest of the association and the negotiation purpose


• To maintain good relationship with official organization and political bodies, to facilitate suitable information on the problems and needs of the AADPC members


• To encourage professional initiatives of association members


• To participate i all actions of public interest which may affect our profession.
