Confucius Institute
The Confucius Institutes in Australia were established to promote and support important and innovative language, cultural and research collaborations. Their key focus is to enhance Australia's knowledge of China through support for projects aimed at deepening understanding amongst the business, academic, professional and broader community of relevant contemporary issues. The Confucius Institute works across university faculties to encourage research and collaboration, student and academic exchanges, and enhance Chinese language capacity to build cohorts of students and researchers with a deeper knowledge of China.
