Czech Film Chamber

The Czech Film Chamber (CFK) is a benevolent association founded in January 2003. It is a platform for exchange of opinions among individual players in the Czech audiovisual sector and for the coordination of common action in situations that concern the Czech audiovisual sector as a whole. It actively co-operates with other professional organisations and associations.

The CFK runs MEDIA Desk Czech Republic, the national representative office of the EU MEDIA programme. Since January 1, 2004, the CFK has been the umbrella organisation for both sections of the Czech Film Center - Film Promotion, promoting Czech cinematography abroad, and Film Commission, ensuring services for foreign film productions.
