Film Partners Ltd. was established in 1994 as a service production company, line-producing commercials, videos, shorts and documentaries for international clients. After 35 feature films, Chris Rose founded Film Partners to provide a base for other itinerant genius, and in 2001 he was joined by producers Richard Turner and Carrie Hart; together the three have an abundance of production know-how from around the world, with a database of global, European and U.K. locations, location ideas and references with the budgetary work required.
