Friuli Venezia Giulia Film Commission

The aim of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Audiovisual Regional Fund is to support the development of local film companies. With several calls for proposals a year, the Fund gives support for training professionals, developing projects, and distributing audiovisual works.

Productions filming in Friuli Venezia Giulia will be entitled to apply for a grant in cash up to 140.000 Euro, depending on the production's period of stay in the regional territory. The main liabilities are:

A) At least 150% of the regional grant must be spent in the region itself, with the exception of crews and investment expenses

B) Filming in the region must equal at least 70% of the entire external filming of the cut, and at least 50% of the total filming of the cut , except for productions filming in the region for less than 5 weeks and for serials of more than 2 episodes. As far as the latter are concerned, filming in the region must equal at least 10% of the entire external filming of the cut.

FVG Film Commission also offers its collaboration and provides the following free services to movie, TV, advertising and multimedia companies:

-          Introductory information about technical, logistical and bureaucratic matters
-          General information about production resources
-          Visits to the locations detected by the production
-          Location scouting regarding other possible shooting sets
-          Liaison with local professionals offering production services
-          Welcome and lodgings
-          Direct liaison with local Public Officers
-          Assistance with bureaucratic proceedings
