The Institute Of Documentary Film

The Institute Of Documentary Film (IDF) is a non-profit training and networking centre focused on the support of East European creative documentary film and its wider promotion. IDF was established in 2001 by documentary directors and producers and its programme is therefore geared towards creative professionals. IDF cooperates with some of Europe's most prominent associations and training programmes, commissioning editors and distributors, and helps East European film professionals to take part in international cooperation.
