Khmer Literature Festival

The Khmer Literature Festival was founded in 2017 by Slap Paka Khmer, a Khmer writers collective. The festival aims to build a culture of reading and writing and to create value and opportunity for local writers. In 2017, the first edition of the festival was held in Siem Reap. The festival then travels annually to a new provincial town with the purpose of introducing Khmer literature and writers throughout the country.
