Kuala Lumpur Chinese TV and Film Association

Kuala Lumpur Chinese TV & Film Association (KLCTFA), is dedicated to provide the best platform to support Malaysian Chinese TV & Film exchanges and international cooperation. KLCTFA is co-founded by expertise in Malaysian TV & Film industry consists of producers, directors and actors, together with corporate sector. The annual events will include Kuala Lumpur International TV & Film Festival, Golden Butterfly Award, New Creative Project. KLCFTA’s membership is open for Malaysian TV & Film professional and also relevant organizations. The association also serves as a catalyst to encourage the development and collaboration of film making, besides, to provide opportunity for artists and industry professionals to overseas advancement and creating an integrated source of creative artists, capital and content. Based on the concept of “1 Malaysia”, the association has the responsibility to promote external exchange of Chinese TV & Film, and the growth of market diversity. KLCTFA is established on June 2012 and is currently the only Chinese association that is officially registered under Registry Societies of Malaysia and to host the <Chinese International TV & Film Festival> in Malaysia.
