Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatoire

Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatoire is a leading music higher education institution in Kazakhstan, providing professional music performance training. It was founded in Almaty in 1944.

The Conservatoire organises international music events such as the International Piano Competition, the International Festival of Master Classes, the Nauryz-21 International Music Festival, the International Chamber Music Competition, the Asyl Mura Traditional Music Competition, and others. In 2004, the Conservatoire introduced some new programmes, including art management.
