Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia

With 12 agencies under the ambit of the Ministry, they are working hand-in-hand to ensure both the tourism and culture sectors continue their significant contribution to the nation.

The aims of the ministry are:

Driving tourism and culture and strengthen, preserve and conserve the art, culture and heritage
Strengthening the arts, culture and heritage based on national cultural policy to strengthen national unity
Enhancing synergies and cooperation between tourism and cultural sector players to make Malaysia as a destination of choice
Strengthening the tourism and cultural sector to enhance the national economy
Promoting the uniqueness of the art, culture and heritage as a major catalyst of growth and cultural tourism
Providing the human capital that is knowledgeable, skilled, creative and innovative in the sectors of tourism and culture
