National Centre Of Cinematography

The National Centre of Cinematography is a specialized body of the central public administration in the field of cinematography, under the subordination of the Ministry of Culture and Religious Affairs, founded by the emergency decree of the Government nr. 9 on 11/01/01
Its main purposes are:
- The encouragement and protection of the national film production
- The stimulation of realizing and broadcasting highly artistic films and the revaluation of the national film patrimony".

The National Centre Of Cinematography attributions are:
- The regulation of the activities in the field of cinematography;
- The cinematographic art and industry promotion and development;
- The administrating the national cinematographic fund and patrimony;
- The International cooperation and representation in the field of cinematography;
- The coordinating the activity of the subordinate public institutions
