National Heritage Institute

Národní památkový ústav – Národní památkový ústav (NPÚ) is a specialist organisation providing heritage conservation on behalf of the state. One of the most important tasks is the maintenance of a good-quality and well-arranged register of cultural monuments, both movable and immovable. NPÚ systematically collects and classifies information about the history of historic buildings.
