The National Library of New Zealand

The National Library of New Zealand Te Puna Matauranga O Aotearoa develops and maintains extensive collections relating to New Zealand and the Pacific, and New Zealanders overseas. They collect documentary evidence relating to New Zealand in words, sounds and pictures – much of which is available through their online collection. Physical libraries are located in Wellington, Auckland, Christchurch and Palmerston North and are open to all.
