Rama IX Art Museum Foundation

The Rama IX Museum is an online database on Thai contemporary and modern art. The virtual museum which operates by the Rama IX Museum Foundation features past and present information on artists’ biography and portfolio, art exhibitions in Bangkok and other major provinces, youth art, venues, electronic art, private and corporate art collections as well as virtual exhibitions.

The Rama Foundation was set up in 1996 with the objective of establishing a permanent museum dedicated to Thai contemporary and modern art and to be named "The Rama IX Art Museum" in honor of H.M. The King Bhumipol Adulyadej.
