Shanghai Film Festival

Ratified by the State Council of the People's Republic of China, Shanghai International Film Festival (SIFF) is a non-specialized competitive film festival accredited by the International Federation of Film Producers Associations (FIAPF). An Organizing Committee is specifically established to preside over the Festival's preparation and organizational work. The Shanghai International Film Festival is held every first half of June, lasting nine days. The Festival aims to encourage better mutual understanding, strengthen the friendship among people from different countries and regions, celebrate the cinematic arts, and stimulate the development of the motion picture industry.

The largest international film festival in China. The Shanghai International Film Festival offers excellent exposure to the Chinese market for international films.
