Theatre of Contemporary Dance Samruk
The Samruk Contemporary Dance Theatre was established in 1998 and is under the Department of Culture of Almaty. Samruk is a unique contemporary dance company exploring different choreographic techniques. Samruk is the only professional dance company in Kazakhstan that combines contemporary dance and Kazakh national dance in its shows.
