3rd Kuala Lumpur International Film Festival

None Kuala Lumpur International Film Festival (KLIFF) is an anuually organised film festival aimed at developing and promoting co-operation amongst film makers around the world in the areas of creative, technical and marketing, whilst fostering closer friendships amongst countries and its people; and celebrating the cultural diversity through the popular medium pf feature films, documentaries, animation and short films.

The festival is jointly organised by Kuala Lumpur International Film Festival Sdn. Bhd. and FINAS (an agency under the Ministry of Information, Communication and Culture of Malaysia)

Film submission can be on DVD format, DVCAM or in 35mm film print.

Entry fee is USD100 for animation, short film and documentary. USD150 for feature film.
