Across Asia Youth Film Festival 2019 - open call
The Across Asia Youth Film Festival 2019 is now open for submissions from young filmmakers (aged 10-18 years) from around Asia. The third Across Asia Youth Film Festival #AAYFF2019 will be hosted by the International School of Ho Chi Minh City , Viet Nam.
This juried competition recognises new and up-and-coming young filmmakers from around Asia for their achievements in filmmaking. A cash prize will be awarded to the film that demonstrates standout excellence in creativity, storytelling, technique, and innovation in the narrative form. Age group and category winners will also receive a cash prize and all shortlisted films will be presented with AAYFF certificates.
The festival refers to the definition of Asia accepted by the United Nations, which includes Central Asia, Eastern Asia, Southern Asia, SouthEast Asia and Western Asia.
There are three age categories and film lengths for submissions:

10 – 12 AGE GROUP – No longer than 3 MINUTES

13 – 15 AGE GROUP – No longer than 5 MINUTES

16 – 18 AGE GROUP – No longer than 7 MINUTES
How to submit a film:
1. Please read the Festival Rules and Frequently Asked Questions before submitting your film.
2. Upload the video you wish to submit to either YouTube, Vimeo, YouKu (China) or Google Drive (please check sharing settings)
3. Fill out the form on the website.
It's highly recommended that you submit as early as possible to give your film the best chance of making the Official Selection.
