Annecy International Animation Film Festival 2021

The Annecy International Animation Film Festival and its Market (Mifa): the major international event for over 13,000 industry professionals. Scheduled for June 14-19, the 2021 festival is open for submissions.

You are invited to submit a project in development for the Mifa pitch sessions, or to submit films in various categories.

Deadlines for submissions vary according to the category:

Deadline: 7 February 2021: Submit a project in development to the Mifa pitches 2021

Deadline: 15 February 2021 Short films / Graduation films / TV films / Commissioned films

Deadline: 15 March 2021 Feature films

Deadline: 6 April 2021 VR works

The festival organisers are currently working on our proposal for the Annecy Festival and Mifa 2021 edition, to ensure that it is correctly adapted to measures that apply to our industry’s sector, and for our participants’ safety.
