Berlin | European Theatre Convention jobs
The European Theatre Convention (ETC) has two job opportunities for those willing to locate to Berlin: Project Manager and Project & Network Manager.
Founded in 1988 by three theatres in France, Germany and Belgium, ETC has become Europe’s largest network for public theatres with over 60 members from 30 countries. As a recognised strategic partner of the European Commission, ETC provides an international programme for European theatres, that consists of artistic international collaboration, professional training and advocacy activities.
Project Manager responsibilities include:
- Project management of current and new ETC activities
- Preparation, moderation, and handling of logistic arrangements of various events
- Responsible to produce publications and reporting of the above listed events
- Coordinating the project communication strategies
- Managing EU funding activities
Project & Network Manager responsibilities include:
Project Management
- Project management of current and new ETC activities
- Preparation and handling of logistic arrangements of various online and on-site events
- Responsible to produce reporting of the above listed programmes and events
Network Management
- Coordination of the daily administrative work of the network secretariat
- Implementation of stakeholder correspondences
- ETC Membership management
- Responsible for funding and sponsoring activities
- Responsible for financial administration and reporting
Both positions are based in Berlin, require English and German and need to be filled by 8 January 2024.
