Bursary: World Arts Summit Australia

The International Federation of Arts Councils and Culture Agencies (IFACCA) and the Australia Council for the Arts would like to announce that application forms for bursary assistance for World Arts Summit delegates from developing countries are available from the Arts Summit website.

The deadline for applications is Friday 15 April.

In selecting who will receive assistance for registration, travel and/or accommodation for the World Summit, our aim is to support participation from the widest number of countries within the budget available using the following criteria:

Breadth of knowledge about the Summit theme and the potential to contribute to, and benefit from, the discussions, workshops and networking opportunities.

Degree of interest in the objectives of IFACCA as demonstrated by participation in the Federation or sharing of information with the network

Financial need (based on the GDP of your country).

We would also like to remind you that Early Bird registration rates (10% discount on the standard rate) are only available until Thursday 30 June.

The World Summit takes place in Melbourne, Australia between 3-6 October 2011.
