URGENT CALL FOR APPLICATIONS:  Bophana Centre (Cambodia) and Docmonde (France) offer the opportunity to young people in Southeast Asia to expose themselves to Documentary Scriptwriting Residency Coproduction.

Meetings will be running free of charge on February 16 – March 4, 2015 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Do you have an idea for a script writing and you need some tips for your next project and want to discuss about it? If yes, send us your idea for us. 150 words along with your cv.

All candidates must send a cover letter along with their resume with a new photo, address and provide contacts for three references. The application must be sent to the following address: 64, street 200 (Okhnia Mén), Phnom Penh.

Deadline: 3oth of January 2015.


Participants:

- The course is designed for any film writer-maker from Southeast Asia: Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Burma, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines and Brunei (min. 19 years old);
- Qualification is not required but at least a little experience in film making (professional or non-professional) in link with the image (broadcasting, photography, visual arts…) would be preferable;

Projects may be presented by film writers/makers, whether or not they already have a producer’s backing.

This programme is free of charge for film writers following the residency. This includes:

- Tuition fees;
- Access to documentation (films, reviews, etc.);
- Access to shooting equipment;
- Catering;
- Accommodation (in double bedrooms)
- Transportation fees.
