A call for applications for a Festival Director to create an inspiring and ambitious annual festival celebrating art, creativity and active ageing throughout Scotland.

In partnership with Creative Scotland and the Baring Foundation, Age Scotland is looking to appoint a Festival Director to work within our Policy, Research and Influencing Department in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. The main focus of the role is to create an inspiring and ambitious annual festival celebrating art, creativity and active ageing throughout Scotland.

Candidates should have substantial management experience in an arts organisation and / or a major arts festival and bring an understanding of the issues affecting older people.
